Information Collected

Boom collects information on our users in various ways: through your voluntary submissions, participation in services, from third parties with your consent, and through cookies and other tracking technology.

Personal Information

“Personal Information” refers to personally identifiable information such as your name, phone number, email, and postal address. In many cases we need this information to provide services you have requested.

Cellular Phone Numbers

By providing a cellular telephone number you expressly consent to delivery of autodialed or pre-recorded telemarketing calls and/or text messages to that number. You may revoke consent at any time by texting STOP in response to any of our texts.

User Content

We collect information you voluntarily provide including profile information, comments, photographs, illustrations, designs, messages, posts, and other content you submit through the service (“User Content”). You should not submit information you do not want shared with others.

Aggregate Information

We collect general non-personal statistical information about use of the service, such as page visits, time on page, and hyperlink clicks. This is collected through cookies and web beacons to improve the service.

Cookies

Boom may automatically collect non-personally identifiable information through cookies — small text files that recognize repeat users and facilitate website use. See our Cookie Policy for full details. Most browsers allow you to control cookies. Some features of the service may not function if you refuse cookies.

Other Tracking Technologies

Tracking technologies may record information such as IP addresses, browser type, operating system, clickstream patterns, device information, and access times. We may also use “tracer tags”, “Pixels”, “Clear GIFs”, or “Web Beacons” to understand page visits and interactions.

Do Not Track

Do Not Track (DNT) is a privacy preference that users can set in some web browsers. As universal DNT standards have not yet been established, the service does not currently recognize DNT signals.

Use of Information

The information Boom collects is used to improve the service, verify the legitimacy of reviews and ratings, notify you about updates, let you know about products and promotions, fulfill products and services you request, and conduct internal business analysis.

Disclosures & Transfers of Information

We do not disclose Personal Information to third parties except when we have your permission; when necessary to provide a requested service; when required by applicable law; when reasonably related to a sale of our business; or when necessary to maintain legal claims or comply with a regulation, subpoena, or government request.

Prior to sharing Personal Information, we enter into agreements requiring outside parties to maintain appropriate protections in accordance with this policy and applicable law.

We use service providers in the following categories, and they receive only what they need to do their part: cloud infrastructure, hosting and object storage; identity and authentication; payment processing; artificial intelligence and machine learning services; mapping, geocoding and location services; email, messaging and support tooling; and analytics, logging and error monitoring. We maintain a current list naming each provider and will supply it on request. For business customers, the categories and the notice we give before changing them are set out in our Data Processing Addendum.

Content Processed by AI Services

Where you upload a drawing, a plan or a document, the service may send it to an artificial intelligence provider on our behalf to identify what the drawing is, read the text printed on it, and produce a 3D scene from it. That processing happens so we can deliver the service you asked for. These providers act on our instructions under contract, are not permitted to use your content to train their own models, and are covered by the same protections as every other provider named above.

Some of these providers are located in the United States. Where we process the personal data of EEA or UK data subjects there, transfers are made under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and, for UK data, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.

Data Security, Integrity & Access

The Personal Information you provide is stored in databases we control directly or through our administrative service providers. We use security measures appropriate for the sensitivity of Personal Information, including firewalls and industry-standard encryption. No security system is impenetrable and we cannot guarantee the security of our databases.

We retain Personal Information only as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or as required by applicable law.

Your information may be transferred to computers located outside your state, province, or country. By submitting your Personal Information you consent to having it transferred to, processed, and stored in the United States.

UK & EU Privacy Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the United Kingdom or European Economic Area, you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, port, and object to the processing of your personal data. You may withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights contact us at info@cs3d.ai. We will respond within one month. UK residents may also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk. EU residents may contact their local supervisory authority.

Where we transfer your personal data outside the UK or EEA, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or other approved transfer mechanisms to ensure an adequate level of protection.

Children’s Privacy

CoreSpec 3D does not intend the service to be used by individuals under the age of 16 without parental or guardian supervision. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 16. If you are the parent or guardian of a child under 16 who has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us to request its deletion.

Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is subject to the laws of the State of Utah. For users in the United Kingdom, the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018 also apply. For users in the European Union, the EU GDPR and applicable national implementing legislation also apply.
